1. Discipline: If you’re offering excuses for your behavior, don’t accept the offer.
2. Boundaries: Define your own. Don’t let others define your own boundaries.
3. “I make myself rich by making my wants few.” ~Thoreau. Just marinate on this thought and see if it makes sense or if it is mere blowhardiness. I find it a mixture.
